Growth & Customer Engagement - Intern

Role Overview:
We're looking for a highly motivated and tenacious Growth & Customer Engagement
Intern to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is critical for our growth,
focusing on both acquiring new users through proactive outreach (including cold calls)
and ensuring our existing new customers successfully adopt and love eComSuite. If you're
a proactive communicator, eager to drive growth, and thrive on initiating conversations,
this is an exceptional opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced startup
environment.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:

New Customer Acquisition (Outbound): Proactively identify and engage
potential new customers through targeted research, cold calls, email outreach, and
other channels to generate interest in eComSuite's solutions.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring
they are a good fit for our product and passing warm leads to the core sales/product
team.

New Customer Onboarding: Assist the Product Marketing Manager in guiding new
signed-up customers through their initial setup and product activation journey,
ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Initial Product Adoption Support: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to newly
onboarded users, addressing initial questions, clarifying features, and driving
early product adoption.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from both potential and new users
regarding their experience, contributing insights for product and marketing
improvements.

CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain prospect and customer
interactions and progress within our CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing, Sales, and Product
teams to align acquisition strategies, customer needs, and onboarding processes.
Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence
to initiate conversations and articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.

A highly proactive, resilient, and tenacious attitude, with a strong willingness to
make outbound calls and handle objections.

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine customer-centric mindset.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple leads
and tasks simultaneously.

Eagerness to learn about sales, business development, product marketing, customer
success, and the e-commerce industry.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where
initiative is rewarded.
